12 months after  print (noting Grey Sparrow Press as first publisher), unless granted an earlier release by Grey Sparrow Journal.

A  database is available for previous publications at the Grey Sparrow Journal website.  Upon acceptance of work, submitters agree to archive writing at the website.  Should a contributor not be able to locate a publication in the archives, please contact dsdianefuller@gmail.com
